This Privacy Policy explains how Tadap Wear ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit tadapwear.com or buy from us. By using our website you accept the practices described here. If you don't, please don't use the site.
We collect the minimum information needed to run a working store and ship your order.
This is non-negotiable for us. Every parcel ships in an unmarked matte-black box bearing only our monogram. No product names, no images, no "lingerie" or "intimate apparel" mentions on the outside. Invoices are sealed inside the box. Tracking SMS/email reads "Order from Tadap Wear" — never product descriptions. If you'd like an even more anonymised name on the invoice for tax purposes, email support@tadapwear.com before placing your order.

Active customer data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (10 rounds). We retain order records for 7 years (Indian tax law) and anonymise marketing data after 24 months of inactivity. Despite best practices, no system is 100% breach-proof — in the unlikely event of a data incident we will notify affected users within 72 hours and CERT-In where required.
Tadap Wear is a brand for women aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, please email us and we will delete it immediately.
We update this policy periodically. Material changes will be emailed to registered customers at least 7 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
